Breezy/Windy conditions kept many flyers from hitting the sky in May.

Temperatures were in the 50's to low 60's.

A dozen hearty members braved the winds to challenge the cloudy conditions. Most were able to recover despite the winds. Some were not so lucky.
After the usual issues with the launch system, it was determined that the batteries were too low to fire igniters. The cart was used as a jumper at the high power pads.

Note Casey Andre's yellow/black Big Nuke loaded up in the background for the first round of flights. Casey's Big Nuke flew on a K-550 to an altitude of about 3500' but drifted into the woods east of the launch site. Numerous drone flights were unable to help Casey locate his Nuke and he spent the better part of the day searching to no avail.
A brand new set of batteries has been acquired for upcoming launches.
Bill Gack's AGM lifts off on a research Sparky J-365.
Unfortunately it turned into a cruise missle and headed west, toward the river.

Whereabouts unknown.
Rick Shubert had a box full of 3D printed "freebies" that he was launching off of the low power pads.

Here one of his pyramids lifts off on a C-6 motor.
