The Mile High Club Award is given to the TRIPOLI Pittsburgh member who posts a flight closest to a mile (5,280') in altitude.
The George Pike Frequent Flyer Award is given to the TRIPOLI Pittsburgh member who flys the most flights over the course of the flying season.

Launch Operations begin at 9am
For a variety of reasons, the Executive board of TRIPOLI Pittsburgh has decided to give the George Pike Award to Brian and Emmett White.
Winds made the opening of the 2025 season a challenge to fly but that didn't stop a hearty group of die hards from trying.
